What to Expect

- Some swelling and possible small bruises for a few days
How to Prepare
- Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements for 48 hours if approved by your doctor
- Don't schedule within 2 weeks of a big event
- Eat beforehand — it helps prevent lightheadedness
- Come with a clean face and arrive a few minutes early for numbing
Aftercare
- Ice gently for swelling in the first 24–48 hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise and heat (saunas, hot yoga) for 48 hours
- Sleep on your back the first night if treated in cheeks or lips
- Results last 6–18 months depending on the area and product
