How to Prepare
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment
- Pause blood-thinning supplements for 48 hours if approved by your doctor

Aftercare
- Remain upright for 4 hours post-treatment
- Don't rub, massage, or apply pressure to treated areas for 24 hours
- Hold off on workouts, saunas, and facials for 24 hours
- Results typically last 3–4 months
