What to Expect

How to Prepare
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your visit
- Skip blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E) for 48 hours if approved by your doctor
- Come with a clean face if possible
- Tell Nichole about any past neurotoxin treatments
Aftercare
- Stay upright for 4 hours after treatment
- No rubbing or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours
- Skip strenuous exercise and saunas for 24 hours
- Expect results to last 3–4 months; book a touch-up as movement returns
