How to Prepare
- Track your headache days and triggers for 2–4 weeks before your visit
- List current migraine medications and what you've tried
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior
- Wear a top with easy neck and shoulder access
Aftercare
- Stay upright for 4 hours; avoid rubbing the injection sites
- Mild soreness at injection sites is normal for a day or two
- Keep a headache diary to measure your improvement
- Repeat treatments every 12 weeks maintain the benefit
